My family lives in S. Florida. While I was home for Thanksgiving I saw an animal trap on my uncles pier. I said, “what’s the trap for? You got raccoons running amok?” He said, “no, the fucking iguanas are tearing up my yard”.

Apparently there was a particularly large and nasty one that required the 1 iron. Shit is out of control down there.

I live in south fl too. It is really crazy down here with them especially by the beach. I always thought they were cool. However they do destroy a lot of landscapes eating all the plants and flowers. I am hoping desantis passes the new law where pet stores stop selling them as pets cause they aren’t native here. Same as the pythons that are now taking over the Everglades.

Well that’s why it’s called “climate change” now...so whether it gets uncharacteristically hot or cold, they can still claim climate change. It’s utterly foolproof and the science is settled, bigots.

Weird local weather doesn't mean anything one way or the other.

Climate change isn't bullshit, it's the fear mongering abd communism that's bullshit.

When the earth goes through warm periods, it becomes a tropical paradise.
