Remember that time Q allowed Picard and crew to finally see the borg that have been slowly assimilating the universe? Q shows them the real threat, destroyed civilization, death? And then Q saves them? And then Picard gets all mad because there was pain? But then in the end Picard understands and thanksQ?

YES. That is one of my favorite episodes. Q usually made a lot of sense, I was always glad when he showed up and challenged Picard.
