I watched 2/3rds of it and had to stop for bed time. I’ll continue it here in a bit. Thank you so much for the link.

I’ve read the comments below. Even in this interview, he sorta seems to want to take all the credit almost like the keeper (forget his name) of AOC created AOC but then he sorta back off and points to Trump’s leadership.

The fighting about China scares me though. I need to find Xi’s speech (I guess or did I misunderstand) at Devos. I gues that would be 2015 or 2016?

We have to neutralize China’s ambitions. Its curious / frustrating because the guys in the trenches have been saying that for at least a decade ... maybe two. And the elites are still not fully awakened.

The (shoot, now I forgot his phrase) “managed decline” is spot on and goes back at least to 1995. For computer science folks, big tech didn’t want to ride the wage wars and so they found the H1 visas and “out sourcing”. My contract was terminated because I refused to train my Indian replacement at the end of 2005.

What's the deal with Bannon? I thought he was outed as a leaker a couple years ago, turned on Trump, and started talking shit about him? Am i thinking of someone else?

He basically was friendly with this one reporter guy, and the reporter was basically pretending to be friends with him and to be on Trump's side, and instead he tried to destroy Bannon and Trump in one woosh with an anti-Trump book expose. Author was so full of himself that he really though his book was going to topple Trump.

Anyway, Bannon has a problem with sucking his own dick too much and he basically tried to prop himself up as bigger than he was. He apparently had said some stuff about "making Trump" or something like that, like Trump wouldn't have become President without him, and this kind of irked Trump, and many others, because Bannon didn't even join the Trump campaign as an adviser until like August or September, before the election, and Trump had long since dominated the Republicans, won the election, and had normalized the polls against Hillary to being even.

A lot of people have said that Bannon has been obsessed with building his own brand and exaggerating his own importance. In other words, Bannon has an ego problem.

But, is he a real and good conservative? Absolutely! So, even though he got pushed out due to his boasting like an idiot, he still has maintained his Trump support and has tried to make amends since.

All of the talk about him vs Jared and Ivanka are often just the fake news trying to push those stories because the media was REALLY trying to hurt Trump any way they could so one way is they strategized that if they could pit someone against Ivanka than maybe they could finally get Trump to do something because he would always take the side of his kids. There never really was this massive conflict between them. There might have been a disagreement here and there and the media puffed it up as a HUGE blowout wedge. Exaggerated.

Makes sense.

I'm starting to see the explanation for everything that happens as either 1. The media is lying, or 2. Child abuse. I didn't plan it that way. It just seems to always be those.

Bannon needs to stick with his media stuff.

Bannon did say that Trumps winning the election was mostly due to him. Also said something like anybody else could have won with his help. He looked to me like he was drinking heavily at the time. Trump got pissed and Bannon went silent for a while. He's loose cannon at times but Trump recently took him back in. Trump knows that he is a populist revolutionary who understands America really well. And Bannons nose isn't beet red anymore.

And Bannons nose isn't beet red anymore.

I noticed that he looked healthier than I had seen him in the past, but couldn't put my finger on why. You're absolutely right though, the facial ruddiness is gone.

OP, thanks for posting up the interview. It was a good listen.

Trump doesn't drink probably told Bannon to clean up.

True. Bannon is a brilliant guy, mind like a steel trap. He has lots of experience in military, business, entertainment and media. He has an ego second only to Trump and that was probably really tough on him. He wanted Trump to stroke it and Trump kind of shoved him into the shadow. Now he is back doing what he does best. He was never bad.

Nah that wasn’t Bannon. I don’t know about leaking, but he never said anything bad about Trump. I think he got pushed out for fighting with Javanka, among others.

He invited / trusted some garbage author into the White House who then wrote a book trashing everybody. He also thinks Trumps kids were out of touch.

One of these things was a mistake at the time.

Wow, this is a fascinating interview.

"I told the donors ... if we don't get this thing thing sorted you're gonna have a left wing populism, and they're not coming for your income, they're coming for your assets."

Both sides have been working this globalization for so long. We need new blood untouched by the old guard.
