There is something fishy going on at YouTube right now with Fox News videos.
The video above is 1 second long. The linked video in the comment below is under 10 seconds long.

There were only 6 days of Fox News videos available and all but a handful of the 126+ videos are under 10 seconds. Then the videos are all pulled from a foreign language vlog. What language I don’t know.
While posting this comment, YouTube was fixing much but not all of it. And the Trump Breaking News channel in the comment below has the most videos under 10 seconds treatment.
YouTube is up to something, and I doubt it is good.
