Let’s put together a template of sorts to use as a massive wave of lawsuits we can all file in our home state courts against Reddit.

The site is not immune from suit as it has now become a publisher and not a platform.

Once political speech is censored and controlled they should and have lost all immunity from being sued for defamation, denial of service, fraud and racketeering.

Let’s crowdsource this here and create template complaints for state court filing and hit reddit w a wave of lawsuits to demand our rights!

You don't have a Constitutional right to use Reddit.

You sign a user agreement when you create a Reddit Account, which is the same as agreeing being a guest in your neighbor's house... and your neighbor can kick you out of their house for any reason.

Exactly. It's OK to hate on Reddit. They are a scumbag site that "pretends" to be impartial, just like many social and media sites. But Reddit has a right to restrict the content on their site. Just like TheDonald has the right to restrict the content on this site.

Just like a Christian baker has a right to refuse to make faggot-cakes.

Ew - faggot cakes.

Better to focus on finding good candidates for every elective office open in 2020.

Every one, from school boards on up, through State legislatures, the US House, and Senate.

Fook reddit.

If you do sue do it yourself, do not engage a lawyer to ruin everything.
