Both incoming and outgoing. See the window over to the left that lists out all the flights, rather than relying on watching the yellow airplanes in the sky. Not sure the airplane representations are accurate.
I think the State Department warned on Friday to avoid travel to China, then markets dropped, and then State Department walked it back and said to just exercise caution. It's a delicate dance to keep us safe and NOT shit on the economy.
