80 deaths now, according to the Chinese gov't. One friend has said she read 3000 dead. A nurse in Wuhan claimed 2 days ago 90,000 infected (not sure if that's Wuhan or China overall). 3 Chinese people that I'm aware of have stated that the gov't is lying. To say that online is risking arrest, so I doubt that they are making that up.
