Flu is treatable. In the US, when the hospital emergency rooms were full, I took my kid to a Doc-in-a-box, got quick ID of the virus and Tamiflu. It worked like a charm.

Still, flu is likely to kill more people in the US this year than coronavirus pneumonia. Next year is up for grabs, but we may have a vaccine for some types of coronavirus by then.
