I guess this is a smart Trump ploy to stop the Fed raising rates, he goes for the big ask.

Other countries have lower rates because their central bank is trying to kick start their shitty economies, they are so low they have nowhere to even move if things get worse.

The US economy is going great, the Fed was likely looking at raising rates and Trump got a whiff of that.

The one place I disagree with him. The fed has done way too much damage. Time to take the training wheels off.
