What if a Chinese factory worker has the virus and sneezes on their hands whilst working on products that are later on shipped abroad what are the odds that we can get infected this way? There are many children toys made in China

Shipping packages, like toilet seats, are surprisingly unfriendly to microbial life without constant moisture. SARS for example, could only remain viable 48 ~ 72 hours outside of a host or controlled conditions.

With the time it takes to ship most things over seas, I'd say it's not a concern. I'd be more worried about the guy next to you on a plane sneezing.
