I do believe that Sen Graham was against calling witnesses but, he was arguing, if witnesses are going to be called then he knows they've got the votes to bring in the likes of Hunter Biden.

Dragging it out is the right move. Prove to the country that the Biden's SHOULD be investigated and that POTUS did nothing wrong by calling for an investigation. Running for president does not preclude someone from criminal investigation.
