I feel like there is mass hysteria. Schiff is hiding his treason in his inspired invention of protecting the whistleblower by keeping him anonymous. He wasn't a whistle blower until the house changed the rules a couple months ago to allow hearsay from this guy. Normally he'd be called a leaker of second hand classified info and subject to arrest.
