Surprise surprise, Its this same Scott Weiner character who legalised giving people AIDS in California - all because apparently the gays are upset at how anti-AIDS laws disproportionally 'discriminate' against them. As if they just don't have a choice to infect people and its a mandate by some great irresistible force. And wouldnt you know it, hes gay and apparently also had AIDS. Its almost as if he was passing this law so he could go infect people - or already has been doing so and wants to escape accountability.

Imagine unironically making the argument that gays exist, therefore it has to be lawful to give people deadly uncurable diseases. Doesn't that also make a case that you really cant allow gays in your society, that pre-emptive force against them is a moral position to take?
