Well that's a very good point. They've not been obeying the constitution for a while now. In my mind, the sanctuary cities is a violation. The giving driver licenses to criminal aliens is a violation of the constitution. Going after Trump instead of Imran Awan is a violation (the whole imran awan situation is an enormous violation of the constitution). Not jailing HRC is a violation of the constituion in a HUGE way

This is why I believe we are not under a constitutional government. Or theyv'e managed to somehow fracture our society into 2 parts. CIA and normie / civilian. If you are part of the normie/civilian government, then you are subjected to our laws

BUt if you are CIA then you have some kind of international diplomatic immunity, and a license to kill / murder and laws have no meaning to you (or there are a dffferent set of SECRET, MILITARY LAWS that apply to you)

It's possible this started even further back than 9/11, because the CIA perpetrators involved in 9/11 have not been brought to justice but instead have been protected, with extreme measures.

I call this condition of dual justice 'the continuity of government modality'--we are witnessing the shadow government operate under emergency procedures and the civil constitutional government REFUSES to lower the emergency status and restore justice to one set of rules for everyone
