I just heard about this on my way to work. Rush is the father on of conservative talk radio. God Speed Rush. I am sure he will fight this the same way he fights every day for America.
There are people there hoping he dies a long and painful death or telling him to burn in Hell. Bernie bros are saying it’s a great day because Bernie is leading in the Iowa polls and Rush announced this diagnosis. It’s terrible.
Before I even knew what politics was I knew what the EIB chime was and it takes me back to riding around in old beat up cars with my old man. One of the reasons we have President Trump is because of Rush.

I credit Rush with maturing me into conservatism out of my youthful 'liberalism' (such as it was - it was based on idealism and ignorance, nothing more)
I sincerely hope and pray that he'll recover, but if he does not I hope he leaves this place with a serene and peaceful acceptance of his death.
He's only 69, so maybe he'll opt for aggressive treatment..that's a deeply personal choice, and I have no opinion either way. I just wish him all the best and offer my prayers.
