What if the delay is less to rig the percentages than to disguise the fact that turnout was terrible?

This would explain Biden's weird letter.

He knows they have to massage the numbers but he wants to make sure they come out proportional (or something like it).

The news is not that unemployed college kids show up at a caucus and vote for Bernie, the news is that practically no one else did.

Thoughts?

A more likely theory goes along with the recent revelation that Bernie had people taking video of all the caucus sites. The app was suppose to rig the election to keep Bernie from winning. Then it turned out that Sanders could check their numbers. If they release the numbers from the crooked app they get busted for cheating. If they release the "real" numbers they have to give Sanders the win. So instead they release nothing for a couple of days until SOTU and Impeachment Acquittal make the results old news. Then watch when they release conflicting results.

The purpose being that by the time all the law suits are over and we finally know the count it will already be after Super Tuesday.
