Then in the end, she stands up while everyone else is clapping, grabs a fistful of papers and rips them up on camera

It might just be my tinfoil hat, but Trump is required to send them the SOTU in advance or something. I think he sent the SOTU speech, and then made some last minute complete replacements and the one she has on her desk is just designed to troll her.

Please don't prove me wrong, I like to believe this is what has happened every SOTU and I look forward to seeing Nancy squirm.
