I had the volume down low at first and couldn’t tell what Nancy said to him before the speech, but it looked like he said, “Yeah. Sure.” in reply.
He doesn’t want anything to do with this woman and his cold shoulder was noticeably protruding. I don’t blame him.
He was classy but noticeably ignoring her. Good for him for the proper mix of both, it's what makes him great!
It's like Good Cop - Bad Cop, but in reality they're both Great.
