Watch at 1:32:50 how Pelosi stack the papers in bunches and she test if she can rip them off. My theory: Trump knew about it from the start, hence no handshakes (not that she deserved one regardless)

Don't think so, papers came from POTUS hands. But after she test them, there is a small rip left visible on HD streams.
