Watch at 1:32:50 how Pelosi stack the papers in bunches and she test if she can rip them off. My theory: Trump knew about it from the start, hence no handshakes (not that she deserved one regardless)

My best guess with all the shuffling the entire time was that, she was trying to follow along or make notes, but instead of giving her the wrong speech, this year he gave her the right speech 100% mixed up like a deck of cards lol
