I'm seeing a lot of spam links in the comments going to god knows where. Is there someway that we could vet the URL before it gets posted? People could accidently click on one and get doxed of they're not using a VPN or Tor.

It's not that hard you would just have to run a whitelist of approved domains there are several companies and other sources which provide these lists for free.
