Trump is currently fighting to protect pre-existing conditions while the Democrats are fighting to dismantle it.

FACT: In Texas v. United States the Trump Administration is taking the position that pre-existing conditions must be protected and has White House attorney and DOJ attorneys arguing for protecting individuals.

FACT: in the same lawsuit, Democrats have sent their own attorneys to say pre-existing condition protections are not constitutional.
