Everyone I just got to say this. Get in front of a bag at least half an hour day learn how to punch, learn how to kick, learn how to defend yourself not to attack but just defend your self. These people are, unhinged and out of control. They will just flail around but they don’t know how to actually fight. Everyone, especially people that wanna run for office, need to learn!!!
