One Theory:
The DNC is orchestrating all this ineptness (Iowa App, recanvasing, etc.) in their party to force a brokered convention. And then who comes in to save the day... Hillary F*cking Clinton. The DNC's wet dream is their constituents will lose their minds and rally behind Queen Suicide. That way she can't be indicted (if that is even in the works) at least while she's running for President.
Solution: Indict her on July 12, 2020, the day before the DNC convention. All their planning, all their hopes, all their dreams... nuked. I might just die from laughing so hard.
