The commandment must be obeyed even if someone visibly does not deserve what they have inherited. You still don't argue. If you believe in God, you say "God has a plan and there is a purpose to this. None of my business."
The Tenth Commandment, unlike the others, is invisible and inaudible. Unlike the others, nobody knows you're breaking it.
But envy can ruin your life. Envy is truly a disease. It can destroy you, even if you obey all the other nine commandments.
Use well what you DO have. And as mother used to say, "keep your eyes on your own plate."
