I once attended an event where this dude used VCRs and TVs to play all four Rocky films (back when there were only four) simultaneously. And they were all structured identically. Training scenes, fight scenes, love scenes, montages, all happening at the exact same time on all four screens. This is giving me flashbacks to that experience.
To be fair, endless repetition goes hand-in-hand with politics. Then again, so does lying, hypocrisy, and failure.
