Vermont has 1 repub gov but other than that votes Democrat (96.3% white)
New Hampshire has 1 republican governer but again everyone votes Democrat for everything else (94% white)
Maine is Democrat controlled with exception of Susan Collins (but she may as well be a Democrat with her record) and Maine is 94.5% white
All those states have some of the lowest crime rates in the country and they all tend towards liberal policy. What these states don't have however, that other liberal states do have, is loads of illegals, Mexicans, Central and South Americans, Africans etc.

Most African nations have a rate of >5 children per woman while US fertility rate is <2 children per woman. We literally tax our citizens to death so we can subsidize other countries.
