Your wrong, it's very much racial, this is a dumb talking point used by people who dont want to admit the truth about race. There are Democrat controlled majority white cities with very little crime that are on the same level as republican cities or are better.
Vermont has 1 repub gov but other than that votes Democrat (96.3% white)
New Hampshire has 1 republican governer but again everyone votes Democrat for everything else (94% white)
Maine is Democrat controlled with exception of Susan Collins (but she may as well be a Democrat with her record) and Maine is 94.5% white
All those states have some of the lowest crime rates in the country and they all tend towards liberal policy. What these states don't have however, that other liberal states do have, is loads of illegals, Mexicans, Central and South Americans, Africans etc.
That's the truth and at some point you will either admit it to yourself, or you'll refuse to accept it and keep playing this "liberal blame game". Liberal policies are bad but they don't make people more prone to crime when they aren't already.
Who has been running these cities, sometimes for decades? Are the problems related to skin color, or policy?
What does the role of illiteracy play in this mess? Who is responsible for illiteracy in these cities?
