Defamation of Character

It's what I would do. I'd be so upset by being publicly (and WEIRDLY), needlessly, defamed so that the whole internet is talking about it, that I would actually sue Joe Biden. She could sue him for slander AND libel, because many news outlets have published it, and now it's part of the public record as a transcript AND video.

It's not just an insult, he called her a "liar" which is defamation of character

He called her a "Dog Face" which is a remark on her physical appearance

The court probably would ignore "pony soldier" because it's weird nonsense and an insult.

But the public remark on her character and appearance are something she can MOST DEFINITELY SUE HIM over.

And she'll win.

She has irrefutable video evidence

Legal Service

I believe she would serve him with a lawsuit, and she should do it PUBLICLY through a legal service that serves lawsuits, so it's by the book.

IN FACT, she should maybe have a child do it. Someone of legal age, or someone who APPEARS to be an underage teenager

(an 18 yr old who looks very young, maybe a little person, wearing dora explora)

With a packet, and she could say she has an essay she wrote on climate change that she wants BIDEN to read. He would accept it, and she could say, "MR JOE BIDEN, YOU HAVE BEEN SERVED"

Then to squash the story, Biden would be forced to give her 3.3 Million out-of-court as essentially STFU money.

Disclaimer: the above is for entertainment purposes only and not meant to bully or harass any person, organization, or government; nor to incite violence or lawbreaking. I have to put this dumb disclaimer now on the interent, to future proof it from unchecked, unpunished radical liberalism

I wouldn't rule in her favor if I was the judge in that case, but then again in Biden's position there's no way he wouldn't settle quickly to avoid the bad press so it would be easy money, just can't blame her for taking easy money

Defamation is a harder benchmark to reach in this case because it must constitute a statement of fact (that is clearly false) made either purposelyfully or through negligence. A good defense lawyer would argue that Creepy Joe's statement is only a matter of opinion which is not an actionable tort if a "reasonable person" can't determine if a statement of fact is being made.

Secondly, the prosecution must establish that some tangible loss had occurred as the result of said atatements, whether it be loss of emplyment, extra security as the result of death threats, etc...

Without both of these criteria, defamation lawsuits are dismissed before trial with no settlement.

Disclaimer: not a lawyer.

What youre' saying makes sense, but I think it woudl be worth her trying it so that Biden would settle out of court just to avoid the press, even if he thought he would win easily

That would be a dangerous game to play.

Many people involved in Biden's Burisma scandal have already been found dead in Ukrainian rivers.

I don't know who speicifally your'e talking about but I guarantee you these people were not household names

THAT is the problem.

Once you become very publicly prominent, your publicness protects you
