There are no cuts. Both programs well used, decently run and solvent.

Nope, no sharp cuts either. In fact it is projected to continue to rise over the next 10 years.

When something rises, it’s generally called an “increase”.

But here’s how the MSM does it: Create “projections” showing huge increases over the next 10 years. Then, when the actual budgets come out, if they are less than your bloated “projections” claim it’s a “cut”. It is not.

They are not entitlement programs. They were paid for by those using them now.
