The FBI and CIA are a greater terrorist organization and threat to our democracy than any middle eastern group there is. Besides, constitutionally, the government is not supposed to get involved until there is a specific criminal complaint for a specific crime sworn by a private citizen or private group. That’s what the revolutionary war was all about. Warrantless searches meant British self-generated warrants. That almost 100% what we practice today!
Better. Identify their tricks on the judges and have DOJ file confessions in those courts. Instead of Barr looking like a bad guy, let the judges throw the book at them. Bypass indictments & grand juries.
