  1. I wonder why he was angry?
  2. Republicans aren't getting nearly the amount of Burisma and foreign pay for play money like Bidens, Clintons and Obamas.
  3. Now he could be angry because Republicans are just another option with the same result.
  4. Spray painting a building is easier than another 1776, BUT, what this guy did was remove himself from any future interaction. Not a wise move, but he did get back home to watch re-runs of some sitcom or netflix binge until he is picked up.

We have lots of stucco down here, the process is typically more involved. You'd have to sand that portion of wall, retexture, then paint over it. People like to pretend removing graffiti is trivial, but it's really not. $4000 is probably a bit more than labor (including paying someone to coordinate with the contractor that does the work) and materials, but the tendency is to overestimate vandalism damage (usually by estimating it as the loss of property value), especially if insurance covers the fix.

This is in NM, there's probably also the added cost of someone's cousin wanting a nice payday, and the building owner passing that inflation on to the tenant/insurance.

Stucco. You can paint over it but it'll never color match. Flat unpainted - sure - no biggie. Painted stucco is a bitch. It's like keying an entire side of a car (get an estimate on that sometime).

That's another reason the CyberTruck is kinda appealing to me (among many). A shorter wheelbase version could be nice, but I do have loads perfectly tailored the the first model's flat vault bed and size (drool drool).
