According to some sources, including Doctors cooperating, + an official from the government mortuary that is required to pick up a dead body in an hour- the death rate is much higher then they are reporting.

Also, the emergency hospitals, are not hospitals, they are quarantine centers. They do not have enough respirators and a % of people are expected to die off.
