Some genius decided Lackland was a good option to send suspected cases. Lackland, where we have thousands of trainees (AF boot camp) rotating in and out, with their families (thousands more a week) visiting for graduation from every state and some from different countries... WEEKLY. Not to mention San Antonio is densely populated... but yeah...
