This statement is a load of horse puckey. Ask the Viet Cong and Afghans. F15's, drones, etc are only part of the military. A fighter jet can't kick in your door at 3 AM, enforce no assembly edicts, arrest people for interrogation, gather actionable intel, etc. Techy toys are only tools, wars are fought and won with men.

Secondly this statement is also a veiled threat from Biden. That if you don't comply with the edicts of the government they will bomb you with drones or send F15's to strafe you. Gropin' Joe should ask Nukem Swalwell how that played out for him.
