Is it public sector unions?
Is it simply public opinion and optics, fear of doing the right thing out of the political consequences (specifically giving the other side ammunition to criticize you?)
Is it Wrongful termination lawsuits?
If its this last one, just go ahead and get rid of the swamplings, we the people will pay if the government loses in court. Just add the damages to the Defense appropriations bill like you do everything else, such as tanks we'll never use or thousands of micro nukes we'll never use but cost us trillions so that hillary et al can have more money
JUST DO IT
It's called SES - Senior Executive Service. A topic I never see discussed around here.
You are right. I've mentioned it here but people still don't seem to get it or to care
aim4truth.org and americans4innovation have done a lot of work on SES
I did a ton of research into it 2-3 yrs ago and found all the plumbooks back to 1976 or so and reassembled them from single pages from the univ of michigan elibrary into PDFs which I posted online on reddit....btw, after I did this, the GPO published them! lol (see below)
Again, people didn't dcare
but I have the plumbooks. I have all of them and now you do too
aim4truth published them, also...I think you can still find them there
