When Lisa Page Tweeted her support for Andy McCabe's exoneration (wearing a "i'm tired of being quiet" tshirt and drinking cheap wine), she was BLASTED on Twitter

As people have pointed out elsewhere, Ms. Lisa, he wasn't exonerated. Prosecution was declined at this time, no doubt in favor of future prosecutions of far worse crimes that will be "slam dunk" convictions with dire sentences. IOW, why waste time and money prosecuting for failure to pay traffic tickets, when they know they've caught a serial killer?
They might use the traffic violations to arrest the guy and hold him while they build the murder cases, but the actual prosecution is going to be about serial murder, not failure to pay traffick fines. The sentencing is going to be Death Row, not community service.
