but it is a hard drug, in the sense that if it got into a public water supply, it aint gonna be some 8 hour no-problem thing like THC or caffine.
I can see your point though, and I suppose that could be debatable. I would consider it a hard drug, but I could see how if you are using addiction alone as a criteria, it would not count. IMO, the effects of the drug should also be taken into consideration. LSD produces very extrreme effects, and I have known two people who lost their minds from a smaller dose. One of them ended up catatonic in a ward for 8 years before they recovered, and that was from 2 tabs. It is kind of uncommon, but there is no way that THC or caffine, from a regular dose, could turn you into a drooling idiot in the same way LSD can.
Psilocybin, IDK. I could see it being consdered either or.
all i pointed out is that there is such a thing as a "hard drug"...
I am making NO other argument.
Mirko said 'assault weapon' is a made up political term to move goal posts. You said yes, like 'hard drugs' and 'hate speech'. I am pointing out that 'Hard Drugs' is NOT a made up political term. It is a real thing. Hate speech, yes. Undocumented, yes, assault weapon, yes. Hard drugs, no. The term 'hard drugs' is NOT a political term. It is a quasi-medical colloquialism. It is not, as a term, political in nature.
They're only psychologically conditioning people into believing that a right is Up For A Vote and if they get enough votes then they can take away our rights. They've done a pretty good job of it so far. The invasion of ignorant Euro-Trash led to the National Firearms Act of 1934. They almost had us back then but WW2 turned their plans on their heads so they had to put up with us Deplorables and our Shooty McBang-Bangs for a few more decades.
This. Once you've come to the point where you're voting on inalienable rights, you're already off the cliff into tyranny. My speech, my guns, my religion, and political beliefs are not up for debates.
Did they make sure the bill was kept comfortable while they had a discussion on what to do with it? Its important to follow Coonman's guidance with these sorts of things.
Seems like they shelved it for one year, while passing all the rest. Hardly a reason to celebrate. They are just hoping to pacify people for another year and do it again.
Archive that shit site before posting!

You the MVP. Deny add revenue to the commie main stream news.
Dammit!!! An AR is NOT an Assault Rifle. For the Love of God!!!!
But it is an "assault weapon" which of course is a made up political term to further move the goal posts.
“Pro-choice”
“Undocumented”
“Gender Fluid”
“Climate Change”
“Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion”
“Trust and Safety”
All just Leftist-Globalist power grabs
"hard drugs" is a thing! Unless you really think that somehow THC or caffine pills is comparable to crack, PCP, LSD, and heroin...

Thank God! I was about to be a felon. MSN put a scary wood gun with ham cans for full effect.
Saw this on a FB group. It's perfectly concise about what they are going to get rammed through while the focus has been on guns:
They already did that.
All that shit is depressing. Hopefully, the Virginia democrat asswipes have awakened a "sleeping giant" of true Americnas in Virginia.
They must have wheeled that guillotine up the capitol steps.
Don’t link msn dot com, pls....
Winning!

Thank God for at least some sanity in VA. Keep up the pressure!
They shelved it. Be ready, you never know what next year may look like.
