"hard drugs" is a thing! Unless you really think that somehow THC or caffine pills is comparable to crack, PCP, LSD, and heroin...

but it is a hard drug, in the sense that if it got into a public water supply, it aint gonna be some 8 hour no-problem thing like THC or caffine.

I can see your point though, and I suppose that could be debatable. I would consider it a hard drug, but I could see how if you are using addiction alone as a criteria, it would not count. IMO, the effects of the drug should also be taken into consideration. LSD produces very extrreme effects, and I have known two people who lost their minds from a smaller dose. One of them ended up catatonic in a ward for 8 years before they recovered, and that was from 2 tabs. It is kind of uncommon, but there is no way that THC or caffine, from a regular dose, could turn you into a drooling idiot in the same way LSD can.

Psilocybin, IDK. I could see it being consdered either or.

all i pointed out is that there is such a thing as a "hard drug"...

I am making NO other argument.

Mirko said 'assault weapon' is a made up political term to move goal posts. You said yes, like 'hard drugs' and 'hate speech'. I am pointing out that 'Hard Drugs' is NOT a made up political term. It is a real thing. Hate speech, yes. Undocumented, yes, assault weapon, yes. Hard drugs, no. The term 'hard drugs' is NOT a political term. It is a quasi-medical colloquialism. It is not, as a term, political in nature.
