He says it's a problem that disproportionately affects those groups, and he's right. A higher percentage of Latin and Black men aged 16-25 act in ways detrimental to their own employment, vs say Asian, white, etc. men aged 16-25.

But I surprisingly agree with him on it being an issue. The only way to actually solve problems is to acknowledge them first.
Now how to solve that? Well it's a complicated issue, but most of us know it starts at keeping father's in the home, and we can help that by ending government hand outs.
I live around a lot of blacks and hispanics. In my experience the hispanics are fine in the work place and the blacks dont know how to act. Hispanics keep to themselves and get the job done. Black people often cutting up and acting a fool.
They always acting very "relaxed" like they at home and not on the clock at work. Yelling, cutting up, laughing and having a good time like they not on the clock. They are way too "casual" like anything goes.
Many (not all) black people have this "anti authority" thing. And they will do whatever it takes to "assert" themselves against "authority" - including cutting up at work.
Many (not all) black people straight up act immature and child like. Cant control their impulses, always yelling and shit.
It's "their culture" and it's super super annoying and ghetto.

But so often I’ll see body camera video of a cop politely asking for ID or something, and the driver/person will escalate and escalate and escalate. Then they threaten the cops. Then the cop is forced to defend themselves. Then the person further escalates! Then pretends like they are a victim when the cop is forced to physically hold them down to arrest or has to taser them lol
