If CoronaVirus invades Latin America then swarms of people are going to be trying to come over the border for free health care while they infect thousands of people here.

So I get that a lot of laws are just economic gatekeeping, but what's the damn point of a law if you can just waive them anyway? Obvious govt double standards.
