If Trump and the DOJ is collating evidence showing all these "crimes" were predicated on false underlying FISA warrants and the like and that the Mueller investigation was predicated on similar bullshit so that every case was potentially bullshit, then seek to quash these and vacate the charges....that is the only way this would make sense to me.
I would imagine that would give rise for compensation to those charged and allow Trump to seek charges against those who bought these charges.
Whether this would be easier or harder (in more than a political sense) once Stone et al were pardoned, i don't know
