That means if you're a gr8 athlete you can go Air Force Army Navy Coast Guard I did the rule you don't have to serve your time after when you get out of NFL or whatever. Army Coach is gr8 guy sir if you do that we can compete with anybody. Now they serve their time afterwards. Been trying to get that for so many yrs.
