I'd like to make a criminal referral for 300 Oracle employees for a violation of "18 U.S. Code § 594.Intimidation of voters"

The text is as follows:

"Whoever intimidates, threatens, coerces, or attempts to intimidate, threaten, or coerce, any other person for the purpose of interfering with the right of such other person to vote or to vote as he may choose, or of causing such other person to vote for, or not to vote for, any candidate for the office of President, Vice President, Presidential elector, Member of the Senate, Member of the House of Representatives, Delegate from the District of Columbia, or Resident Commissioner, at any election held solely or in part for the purpose of electing such candidate, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than one year, or both."

According to the article,

"About 300 Oracle employees walked off the job on Thursday to protest founder and executive chairman Larry Ellison's decision to hold a fundraiser for President Donald Trump the previous evening, Bloomberg reports"

...

"The protest, called No Ethics/No Work, involved about 300 employees walking out of their offices or stopping work at remote locations at noon local time and devoting the rest of the day to volunteering or civic engagement,"

I believe this is an intimidation by 300 persons AGAINST Larry Ellison's RIGHT TO CHOOSE TO VOTE FOR DONALD TRUMP. And they are using their own employment as a political weapon against him, and against his business; and against their shareholders and any other persons AT Oracle that might vote for Donald Trump.

They have created a hostile work environment of political protest to gain a political outcome--TO FORCE OTHERS TO CHANGE THEIR VOTE AWAY FROM TRUMP

People are entitled to protest whatever they want. But when it becomes intimidation of voters, it's a violation of the law.
