Under Section 230 the users are liable for what they post on websites deemed to be platforms. Suing online users requires information on their real life identity, which endangers user privacy, and is very time consuming.
Revoking Section 230 will shift all liabilities to the site owner, and will, in return, protect user privacy.
What do you think?
I think 230 is ok but sites that do any type of censoring such as Facebook, Twitter, etc are now publishers and not platforms — which makes the sites responsible for the content.
