When you import people from third rate cultures this is what you end up with. In the case of blacks they didn't ask to be imported but they still were at the end of the day. The thinking is that becaues of slavery their culture was destroyed and they became how they are. This is not at all true since all you have to do is look at any country in Africa and see the problems are the same.
