The 20 mile by 20 mile square is mostly Federal government already. Moving these people out of Virginia jurisdiction and returning them to District of Columbia jurisdiction will free the slaves of Virginia.

The real sad part of it all was there was no brave American to stand up and hang that jury. Cowards and Democrats ruin this great country.
Not in Washington DC. Even northern Virginia would be questionable. These trials need to be far outside Democrat enclaves.
