return District of Columbia to George Washington’s original 10 mile by 10 mile square (reverse the 1846 return of a portion of DC to Virginia)
extend each side by 5 miles (make the square 20 miles by 20 miles)
The 20 mile by 20 mile square is mostly Federal government already. Moving these people out of Virginia jurisdiction and returning them to District of Columbia jurisdiction will free the slaves of Virginia.
Not in Washington DC. Even northern Virginia would be questionable. These trials need to be far outside Democrat enclaves.
We need to save Virginia.
