See it's not that they really care about the kid having a fulfillment of an identity. What the judges and political system in Canada are doing is everything they can to destroy conservative people. I agree that it should be illegal until after puberty. I would like a lot more than that to be illegal, but that should be the proper push off point basing the belief on the health of the child.

Mother and father don't want her to go through the hormone therapy, Court overrules both of them. Not only do they compel the parents to give the girl hormones to make her look more boy like, they compel the parents to refer to her as a boy.
Father proceeds to call her a girl anyway, gets arrested for "family violence". Is also punished for speaking out to the press.
Daughter is continuing to receive hormones. She'll have to shave her face for the rest of her life, she will never be able to have children. She will be a freak forever. Parents can do nothing or they will be put in jail.

They already forced an adult woman who was abusing government child benefits to be sterilized (they killed her unborn child too), was a meth head poppin handicapped babies out; handicapped babies pay the most in Canada; 7 babies is ~70k a year in child benefit alone if they're all special needs. + 30k a year in welfare + if they're an Indian they get Indian bux
