One of my kids goes to a charter school where all of the parents are hard core leftists. In private conversations I have had with parents about education, almost all of them have told me they are against charter schools, I shit you not. It does not even give them pause.

Yeah, the school employed a chef. Point is, if parents wish to pay for stupid shit like that, that's their fault.
We send ours to a private Christian school. It's a better education and no ghetto fights in the hallways. Armed security. Great teachers. Small classes. And the food is better, but that's not why they're going there.
If I were against something, I wouldn't enroll my children into it.
Because these people think the common folk are beneath them. The public schools should be good enough for the masses, but their kid will be the ruling class, or so they hope. Same people who will call you a racist but then refer to blacks or minorities as “those people”.
